The Resources section is a maintained reference directory. Inclusion means that a source is relevant and useful for flat-glass window-film work; it does not mean Precision Film Systems endorses every statement, product, organization, or community discussion.
Preferred sources
- Current manufacturer-owned documents and support routes.
- Government agencies, standards publishers, certification programs, national laboratories, and established industry associations.
- Original technical papers, tools, and customer information from accountable publishers.
Separate classifications
- Technical authorities, government guidance, standards publishers, associations, media, and communities are labeled differently.
- Manufacturers, manufacturer-owned brands, suppliers, distributors, and specialty providers are not presented as interchangeable.
What is not included
- Copied or rehosted third-party documents without permission.
- Generic search directories, scraped copies, unsupported product claims, or links added only to increase the directory size.
- Individual social posts presented as permanent technical guidance.
Verification
- Each maintained entry records a last-verified date and status.
- Redirects, blocked automated requests, logins, and timeouts receive normal-browser review before status changes.
- Visitors can report a broken link to support@precisionfilmsystems.com.
Independence and commercial relationships
- A normal editorial link does not imply affiliation, approval, or partnership.
- Any paid placement, referral arrangement, supplied consideration, or other material connection must be disclosed clearly near the applicable listing.
Compatibility and warranty
- Precision Film Systems does not create independent film-to-glass approvals or rewrite manufacturer warranty terms.
- The current manufacturer source and exact installed configuration control.
